The "4th China-Australia Economic and Trade Summit" represents an enhancement of the Australia-China Economic, Technological, and Cultural Promotion Association's previous three "China-Australia Economic and Trade Summits" held since 2017. Building on the experience and insights gained from organizing the previous summits, the decision was made to expand the scale and influence of the event. In collaboration with renowned mainstream business associations in Australia and the Singapore International Zheng He Society, the summit aims to integrate the cultural heritage of the Maritime Silk Road and Zheng He's international trade philosophies with modern trade concepts. This initiative will help build bridges for international and diversified economic and trade exchanges and cooperation, providing opportunities for the globalization of China-Australia enterprises. The summit will enable China, Australia, and Singaporean businesses to explore new international strategies, share success stories, and address challenges in the new economic environment. By fostering an exchange of information and establishing cooperative mechanisms, the summit will attract more elite representatives from industries in Australia, China, Singapore, and Asia to participate and contribute positively. The "China-Australia Economic and Trade Summit" aims to become a new platform that spans various fields, creating greater value for the participation of Chinese, Australian, and Singaporean enterprises and institutions, and achieving win-win development and progress.

The event was hosted by well-known CCTV Chinese International Channel presenter, Li Na. Distinguished speakers included former Deputy Premier of New South Wales, Australia, Andrew Stoner; CEO of the Australian Small Business Association, Caroline Hong; representatives from the Australia China Chamber of Commerce; Deputy Director of the Economic and Science Department of the Shanghai Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, Secretary-General of the Shanghai Overseas Chinese Chamber of Commerce, Ji Ning; Deputy Director of the Qingdao Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, Li Zuirui; General Wang Zhenjun of the Shanghai Garrison Command; and Chairwoman Zhang Lu of Singapore’s Polo Group. Over 200 guests gathered at Roosevelt House, and the event was covered by prominent media outlets such as Shanghai Xinmin Evening News and Shanghai Business Daily International Edition.
